Personalized psychological support
My name is Pamela Muñoz and I am a general health psychologyst with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families towards their psychological well-being. My approach focuses on understanding your emotions and what leads you to seek therapy, both on an individual level and in relation to your environment and social context.
I work from a gender perspective, identifying how roles and social expectations may impact your mental health.
In my professional experience, I have been able to combine both the healthcare and social fields. I have worked with migrants, women, families and people with addictions with and without substances, as well as with people experiencing mood disorders. I have also worked with the LGTBIQA+ community.
I am here to support you in you personal journey. If you don’t know how to name what you’re experiencing, don’t worry, labels are not necessary.
